Crack width check for RC beams as per Eurocode 2

In the previous blog post, we discussed the design of Reinforced Concrete (RC) beam according to Eurocode with the Dutch National Annex. In that post, we discussed a concise way to check for crack-width without making explicit calculations. In this blog post, we will talk about another method to check for crack width in beams with explicit calculations. If the design is to be carried out in any other country in Europe, then values taken from the Dutch National Annex must be suitably replaced by the corresponding values from the National Annex of the country.
